With over two decades of experience in business development and operational leadership, Chelsea has led multi-location teams and driven meaningful revenue expansion across complex organizations. Her background includes executive leadership, performance management, and the implementation of data-driven systems to improve efficiency and accountability.

Chelsea holds a Master’s degree in Business with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence, supporting VAI’s focus on practical technology adoption, centralized workflows, and scalable operating frameworks.
